Planning to lay-off people?

Here’s a question for slash-and-burn artists that, er, begs the question: “To make the workforce redundant, doesn’t one person need to stay?”

From what I observe, the whole China road network is a bloody pedestrian crossing. The way people are using the roads here in Shenzhen made me worry that some day they’ll end up as roadkill, like these photos of an accident that occurred along Ayala Avenue in Makati, Philippines.
