A taste of speech recognition

By | November 8, 2008

Tired of hacking away on the keyboard? Or decided to give your mouse (and wrist) a break? Head over to Tazti (pronounced “tasty”) and download the free speech recognition application for your PC. This nifty program allows you to perform Web searches and browse the Internet using your voice. The software also allows you to create your own speech commands and associate them with certain Webpages.

What’s more? If you’re an iTunes user, you can control your music library with 35 different voice commands. Talk about handsfree PC!
