noun: Person who suffers from brain malfunction resulting in long usage of alcohol and drugs. Has problems speaking intelligently and has low IQ. Also suffers delusions of greatness and high self importance. Can not accept critisim. Lies compulsively.

During a recent press conference, US president George Bush dismissed concerns about lack of political progress in Iraq, saying people there are still recovering from the brutal rule of Saddam Hussein. Underscoring his reputation as the most inarticulate rube that ever stood behind the podium, Bush pounded his lectern and said, “I heard somebody say, ‘Where’s Mandela?’ Well, Mandela’s dead because Saddam Hussein killed all the Mandelas.”

Casting aside the fact that the former South African president is still very much alive, is Dumbya suggesting that Saddam Hussein killed terrorists, even if metaphorically? I’m saying this because before he became vice president, Dick Cheney and the US State Department denounced Nelson Mandela, then a leader of the African National Congress, as a terrorist. So if Saddam Hussein killed all the Mandelas…
