First official update from Shenzhen

The last couple of days have been extremely hectic as I sought to transplant myself from Manila to Shenzhen, so updates were few and far between. Doesn’t mean I’m not giving pause to the pecularities in life.

One thing I observed is that real estate agents (since I’m house hunting) in Shenzhen are as aggressive as those in Makati. Turn a corner of a complex where a real estate company is located and you will likely be accosted by a swarm of agents (outfitted in black) who are keen to make an offer you cannot refuse.
