Within six days of Operation Autumn Cloud, the Israeli offensive against the population in the Gaza Strip that began on November 1, some 57 Palestinian men, women and children had been killed and hundreds more wounded. This photo shows the shrapnel dug out from the bodies of deceased Palestinians. The imprint reads: “Made in USA”.
