Took over E’s opening shift as promised. First time to do opening as well as to open salad bar. E came to give advice. Both Adeline & Rachel surprised that I did sald opening and were rather impressed. Kelvin I commented on my speed: Ok for first timer; faster than Eunice. Closed salad bar as well – very empty (popular?). Joey came with Vodka to share with me. Exciting day despite long working hours.
