CNY eve. Had reunion lunch before going to work from 3-11pm. Melvin and Simon at bar for mid-shift. The former broke a chicken platter plate and cut his finger. Took over and restored things to normal. Relatively quiet at night. Melvin transferred to do service due to finger injury. He went off at 8pm, leaving only Yem and myself. Cope well, in fact, brilliantly. Joanna who came down to visit and Melvin were both impressed. Y not quite sure at bar – got to guide her around. Closed front solo while Yem cleaned salad bar.
