Adrian’s last day. His partner, Simon, was unable to cope and bar jammed up around 9pm. Left service and went into bar. Forced Simon out – even Max acknowledged the fact and made him do washing/oiling pans. Speed clearing – tidied up the mess and restored it to normal. Last partnership with Adrian for closing. Finished at 11:30pm.
