After the long passage yesterday, this lunch-time dump was what I would consider a short rite.

Seemed like everything that has been trapped inside my system was released in one huge delivery this morning. Incidentally, the shape of this dump looks remarkably like a baseball glove. Or perhaps an Auntie Anne’s pretzel?
