Took over Jimmy’s opening shift at make. Also agreed to take over Hock Chye/Beng’s shift till 11pm. Joanna shocked by my workaholic attitude. Ended up in kitchen eventually and played the role of kitchen IC – sweep floor, oiled pans, fold boxes, split cheese, sause/cheese dough for Daryl, cut, make, soup, etc.

Managed extremely well at bar – peak form. Orders and counter cleared even though under full-house condition. No jamming at all. Max, Charlotte, Marie, Joanna, etc, were impressed.
