Thought about yesterday’s event and realised that numerous records were broken last week, especially yesterday: (1) First time to do opening shift; (2) First time to open salad bar; (3) First time, and first person as well, to open and close salad bar on the same day; (4) Longest hours worked so far in a day – 13.25 hours, yesterday; (5) First time to work at almost every station, except register: salad, slicing, RBD, make, aux, cut, washing, bar and service; (6) First time to go on leave – not rostered for the coming week.
