Wrote transfer letter during half-hour break. Finished almost all pre-closing before 6pm! Esther saw my transfer request and decided to have a conversation with me. Left Joey to handle bar alone. Superb – managed well amazingly! Back on after settling transfer matter (to stay on). Combined effort excellent – closed bar by 10:30pm (record for Saturday).
