Is Lee Kuan Yew a fascist?

By | April 16, 2005

“If you don’t include your women graduates in your breeding pool and leave them on the shelf, you would end up a more stupid society… So what happens? There will be less bright people to support dumb people in the next generation. That’s a problem.” – Lee Kuan Yew, National Day rally, 1983

“If nature does not wish that weaker individuals should mate with the stronger, she wishes even less that a superior race should intermingle with an inferior one; because in such a case all her efforts, throughout hundreds of thousands of years, to establish an evolutionary higher stage of being, may thus be rendered futile.” – Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Chapter XI, Race and People

“We must encourage those who earn less than $200 per month and cannot afford to nurture and educate many children never to have more than two… We will regret the time lost if we do not now take the first tentative steps towards correcting a trend which can leave our society with a large number of the physically, intellecually and culturally anaemic.” – Lee Kuan Yew, 1967

“Since the inferior is always numerically superior to the best, the worst would multiply itself so much faster… that the best would necessarily be pushed to the background. Therefore a correction in favour of the better must be undertaken.” – Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Chapter XI, Race and People

Or perhaps a dictator all along?

“I’m told [repression] is like making love – it’s always easier the second time. The first time there may be pangs of conscience, a sense of guilt. But once embarked on this course, with constant repetition, you get more and more brazen in the attack and in the scope of the attack. All you have to do is to dissolve organisations and societies and banish or detain the key political workers in these societies. Then, miraculously, everything is tranquil on the surface. Then an intimidated press and government-controlled radio together can regularly sing your praises, and slowly and steadily the people are made to forget the evil things that have already been done. Or if these things are referred to again they’re conveniently distorted and distorted with impunity, because there will be no opposition to contradict.”

Is Singapore fast becoming a Fascist State?

Now it isn’t surprising that this topic came up… While it is touching raw nerve, but I believe the truth will free YOU!

As you all know the most famous Fascist that existed in history comes from Italy, and he is none other than Benito Mussolini.

As the current situation shows, PAPs policies is getting from bad to worst, it has come to the point where it mirror exactly that of 1920~40s Fascist Italy.

Maintaining rule by subordination, in distinction of an all compassing Leader, that is without arguement, without peer, advocating Procreation, subjugating the role of women to a tool of population control.

While the Fascist State, see the role of women useful in the workforce, it still maintain the rigid idea of chauvinistic gender role.

Again when Singapore is brinking over-population, in reaction, population growth shrink in equilibrium, the Fascist State maintains availability of country’s workforce is threaten, advocation a reversal to stem and further increase the population above replacement rate, irregardly of the quality of life.

With the recent question raise about preventing abortion to stem falling birth rate, opportunistic members of the Fascist party, is beginning thread the line of religion, to bring Catholicism into the state, as did Mussolini’s absorption of the Vatican to contain and bring together its credence, for self-serving purpose.

While in that respect, the Scion of the Leader said it is unwilling to invest more in tertiary education, in reason, said it would only benefit self rather than society, suspicious perhaps of an educated peasantry revolting against their rule, bringing forth, a true civil society.

Distinctive hallmark of the Fascist State, include the practise of inequality, clearly highlighted in the official existance of a “White Horse” Classification in SAF, while officialdom claim everything is done with meritocracy in mind.

Through the facade of holding up Asian Values, a form of infected and twisted Confucius teachings, it hid the need to place the emphasise of subordination, and re-enforce the rule of the Leader and his partakers in the party, showing another distinct feature of the Fascist State.

In propaganda, in print and televised, provided hero worship, building up of the cult figurine that is the Leader and his achievement and thoughts without ever being critical, supplanting democracy with the accession of his Scion, rightfully or not.

In censorship, no media should hold any thought that is in contrast with official stance, all of those with opposing view are already done with or amalgamated in the 80s, permanently shuttering them, as per practise in the Fascist State, with the installation of its associate, on the intention of exercising control.

Likewise the journalistic integrity of the press is put in question with the issusing of press accreditation card, specifically a given licence to practise Journalism, the same precedence was taken by Mussolini, in restricting free flow of information, by a certificate of official approval.

Without a doubt, the opposition are silence and caged into a woeful minority, as yet another demostration of the action taken by the Fascist State, in line with any country with a ruling government of authoritarian tendencies, sweeping away the hindrance.

While the current Trade Union that is NTUC, is in fact another tool of centralised economic control and officated management of the workers through the State, with its top management, co-opted into the ruling PAP party, applying the same thematic exercise of co-option, this is done in the top civil service, extending the hand of the PAPs infected control and providing it with the false legitimancy of a democratically elected government, while entrenching itself.

In following the imperialistic endeavour of the United States and being one of the coalition of the willing, the Fascist State created by PAP show no sign of being a pacifist, investing heavily in the military, arming itself to the teeth, possibly the making South East Asia, the set of a agressive arms race among its neighbours, and at the same time, making itself a target of Islamic extremist.

While once it had itself the rule of the Parliament, that is since indepedence, the Fascist state, took steps to slowly dismantle the parliamentary system, unquestioned, indiscreetly, changed the constitution to suit its need of power and to prolong its rule.

Having wholehearted rejected communism and the socialist idea, the prolonged governance through unquestioned orders and strict fidelity to civic structure, PAPs has finally truly embrace Fascism, a timely reminder to all Singaporean, now breath!
You are alive! Stop and take action against the Fascist State! Redress the unbalance, question their legitimancy.

The final fate of Mussolini as with all dictators, was a death sentence, shot, ironically, in cowardice of an escape.

I thought the point of this website was no “touchy feely” ideas?! Why don’t you have the balls to make any real statements and need to word everything as a question to protect your sorry ass? Here’s a few examples just from skimming through your article titles: “Is Lee Kuan Yew a fascist?”, “Are Singaporeans going soft?”. Why don’t you have the guts to just say what you really want to say? Oh what the hell… “Do you have no balls at all?” “Were your balls stolen by Lee Kuan Yew?” “Is your site filled with appalling hyperbole and bottomless ignorance?”. (the answer is yes)
