Busy in kitchen – took almost 2.5 hours to finish meal bought by Joanna. OMO till 6pm before going for break. Kelvin II, etc were impressed. First real shift in kitchen – well done! Gained some experience – more steady now.

The problem with city zoo
Dropped by Manila Zoo, a tiny zoo about 15 minutes’ drive from Makati CBD last Saturday. Entrance fee is a lot cheaper than Singapore Zoological Gardens (40 pesos, or about S$1.30), but understandably so, as the scale and facilities are also less impressive. Rotated washing between Kelvin II and myself while Joey floated around and experimented with new creations (e.g. half-pan/half-thin pizza, double-layer thin, spaghetti pie, etc). Managed well without jamming.

Doris commented that my aux orders were out very fast – ready to send out rightaway almost every time.
