Busy in kitchen – took almost 2.5 hours to finish meal bought by Joanna. OMO till 6pm before going for break. Kelvin II, etc were impressed. First real shift in kitchen – well done! Gained some experience – more steady now.

Invented a tune that is a cross between “State Farm” and “Axel F”.
Rotated washing between Kelvin II and myself while Joey floated around and experimented with new creations (e.g. half-pan/half-thin pizza, double-layer thin, spaghetti pie, etc). Managed well without jamming.
