The ultimate mobile phone?

By | October 5, 2008

Before you dismiss this hilarious Groen Brothers video as a silly joke, it’s worth noting that someone has already filed a patent for a mobile phone application (“wireless communication device with integrated defibrillator“) that could enable a mobile phone to deliver an electrical charge to someone’s heart in an emergency situation. However, the safety of such a device will always be a concern. After all, you wouldn’t want to kill yourself answering a phone call, would you?

Still, a device like the Sumsing Turbo 3000 Xi Multitask that can be used to make a toasted sandwich, heat a room, iron clothes, shave, and perform a host of other tasks may not be a flight of fancy.
