Started work at 12pm. Delivery short of staff – crossed over to answer calls at the base. E covered bar solo for the first time until 1pm. She panicked when hit and obliged (naturally) to help her out. Buttered 1/2 tray of garlic bread before taking over bar. Took a 45-min break in between. Partnered Simon at bar for nightshift. Fed up with him ‘cos he didn’t do things properly and was rather boastful and over confident. Signed off at 10:45pm. Closed 3/4 of the bar and left the rest to him.
