Closing shift again. Arrived early to take over Charlie ‘cos he needed to go off, but Ai Ling covered bar during his absence. Started as per normal at 6pm. Not as busy as yesterday. Two men from Australia PH came to inspect. Nick and Kelvin personally prepared their order – very standard. Cough still not ok. Tried hard to suppress it so as not to rouse their attention. Closed at 11:15pm – same time as kitchen but solo effort. Prospect of E in bar? Cecilia requested to do bar as well?
