Went to PH today and told Esther about intention of kicking Nicholas out of bar. Daniel came back to visit. Worked closing shift again. Unfair competition with kitchen – Jason and Joey (strong combination). Alone in bar. Busy during dinner hours. struggled to cope. Finished off later than kitchen although it was only 11:15pm.

Adrian and Melvin on mid-shift. Joey and me took over for closing. Quite a long time since last co-operation and first time together for bar-closing on a Saturday. Wore tight surgical gloves while working due to serious corrosion of the fingers by harsh detergents. Able to manage with it initially but later discarded the gloves… Read More »
