Closing shift (6-11) at front service. Managed register after Charlotte’s gone. Front service managed by the inexperienced Adeline and Edward. Had to helped out until register got jammed up. Many punching errors as a result.

Went for early dinner (4pm) at Mac. E was uncomfortable as Adrian was around. Worked 6-10:45pm. Another “beat mosquitoes” session. Closing shift again at bar. Worked slow ‘cos Richard came down. Unable to attain max speed with him around. Front service short of staff – had to help out consistently. Dragged down own progress. Angry at having to cope with both sides. Worked fast to close a lot of areas while business was slack. Failed… Read More »
