From Bangkok Post:
“The as-yet unnamed planet is only about one-and-a-half times the size of Earth and five times more massive, a team of European astronomers announced at the European Southern Observatory in Garching, Germany.”
If the planet is only about one-and-a-half times the size of Earth, how on Earth can it be five times more massive?

They probably mean the planet is 1.5 times the physical size of Earth but has five times its mass, as in it is denser.
