What would you think of a job ad that is posted for almost a year?

Financial Times Electronic Publishing (Phils.), Inc. has been seeking to hire Senior Web Production Editors for its Philippine office for as long as I can remember (probably since last July when I started to take notice because the ad was posted across job boards in Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines).

Either the position is very difficult to fill, or the job sucks.
