Supposed to be off duty but took over Jimmy’s shift. Clocked in from 6pm to 11:15pm. Floated between aux/cut and bar. Did quite a bit of pre-closing. Y’s insult (can’t remember what she said) but countered by my witty rebuttals. Made her speechless in the process.

Worked from 12pm to 11:30pm. Managed aux for mid shift. Learnt to make soup and pasta sauce. Back to bar after 1hr break. Worked alongside Ken and Simon. Combination proved to be more than sufficient to handle everything despite the inexperienced Simon. Had an easy time as a runner. Even able to crossover to help… Read More »
