On shift from 6pm to 11:15pm. Partnered with Charlie and Simon at bar. Surprisingly, 3 barmen on a weekday. Probably a precaution – post-Christmas and school holidays. More surprisingly – 3 barmen for afternoon shift! Adrian, Melvin and Melvin II – very disorganised though. Charlie and me had to sort things out during takeover. Simon still very slow all-round. Transferred to do aux when business was slack. Helped out cut and make, and eventually closed aux station.
